Today we had a fantastic time making more bird feeders with lard and sunflower seeds as part of our winter theme. The children enjoyed mixing the ingredients and spooning them into little pots. We then brought them to Leafy Hollow to help the birds during this chilly season. It was a wonderful hands-on activity!
